Hippo diary

Tuesday:

Today I thought that hippos could play piano apparently they can't. So now I can get a grand piano. I told Jeff that he can't eat the vegetables and well he ate all the vegetables.

Wednesday:

The next day we went to the vegetables and we saw Jeff there but no vegetables. I had a play date with Pascal and Jeff case one of his dogs.i was laughing well pascal was scared that his dog was going to get eaten.

Thursday Jeff was splashing in the sea and I put a shark fin on his back and some people thought that he was a shark. This was the most funniest thing see to me.

Informal settlement

Hello my name is Tub, today I am going to tell you about my life.  Living in the informal settlement is not so nice, but there is some fun things that you can do. My friends and I play soccer on the field. In my alone time I play with my soccer ball it is fun. Yesterday at school it was not nice, I wanted to ask a question but the teacher did not see me, 25 children wanted help and when school was over I saw some mean guys, so I had to take the long way home, but then I saw that the door was open and had a flashback, oh Ja I did close the door ! So who got in ? Could it be my dad ? Or could it be my mom ? Or could it be both ? I don't know if I should look inside or run away ! Well I think I would chose to peep in! But everything was fine it was my mom and dad thank goodness.The next day I did not have breakfast so I was hoping that the children at Elkanah House would give us some amazing food. Right in front of me was R25 I picked it up and went to my favorite shop and then I bought a chocolate I put it in my mouth it was so delicious. I went home after that to show my mom and dad so I went in the house and waited but they only came at 11:05 a clock but by that time I was already asleep.

From the Sea to the Mountain

Today I am going to telling you about the coastal plains and other thing. The coastal plains run across all of Africa. Next is the lowlands a bit higher than the coastal plains lowlands is by some mountains. Next is Platea where some of the mountains are there. Last is Mountains some mountains are touching the coastal plains some are on the Lowlands and some are on the Plateau very high. After the mountains the rain falls and the beginning of the river forms and then waterfalls go down to the sea.

Hello dairy my name is Charles. Last week the singing inspector came. Nobody liked him, especially  me. I don't like to sing in front of other people especially  the singing inspector. He was rude to everyone, I hoped that he would not choose me first because I don't know how to sing doh ray me fah and tata tete and other songs the only song I know how to sing is Pretty Polly.When I walked in to the big room I took a deep breath. But the worst part was that the singing inspector called out Benny and Charles. He said you must stand in front and he said now you two the long and the short you will sing for us. But we didn’t know one single song. Mr R was pointing with a stick on the modulator. Mr R shouted at us he said what songs can you sing I said we can sing Pretty Polly. "Well sing it" I started to sing in a low pitch voice and Benny sang it in high voice. We were bad. Mr R said that the next two people must sing.

Skype with Wilmington School in North Carolina.

Two weeks ago on Friday, we skyped in the IT Centre, our group was fourth to talk to the to the Wilmington School in North Carolina in America. We had three people in our group Mark, Reef and I. We tolded them how people in our country and community need help we asked Does your community or school receive support from any groups or individuals (i.e. school supplies, volunteers, financial support, etc.)? How does this make your community or school a better place.And they asked the same question back. It was fun thing to talk to the children in Wilmington School in North Carolina.

ILT Meerkat fun with my friends

Mark was my partner for the ILT first we had to get three webs Mark got two and i got two we used  Marks two and one of mine after that we had to get we had to get photos we used both of ours after that we had to print them and the three webs then we had to get some I had to get some paper,loamy soil,paint and white paper I brought it to school and we stuck the photos on the cardboard and we made it like a stage and the other one we put drawings and then we had 1 hour and 45 minutes to make a oral of our soil creatures.
